Welcome to Tranquility Maids! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
Services & Pricing
Tranquility Maids provides eco-friendly residential cleaning services in Kitsap County and surrounding areas.
Pricing is customized based on your home and requested services. A quote will be provided prior to booking.
All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
Some services require full prepayment, an advance payment, or a deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
Tranquility Maids reserves the right to cancel a booking due to fraud, unavailability, or error. If we cancel, we may offer to reschedule or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds are only issued if:
- The service provided does not match what was booked; or
- A service issue is reported in writing to care@tranquilitymaids.com within 1 day of service.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and safe cleaning service, clients agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service.
- Remove hazards or obstacles that may prevent safe and effective cleaning.
- Disclose any sensitive areas or items that require special care or should not be touched.
If conditions are unsafe or prevent us from performing the service, Tranquility Maids may reschedule or cancel the appointment without refund.
Service Limitations & Disclaimers
Tranquility Maids is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration to surfaces, furniture, flooring, or fixtures.
We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or damage, especially for long-standing or permanent issues.
We do not move heavy furniture, handle antiques, or clean certain delicate items unless agreed to in writing.
If you have allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products, you must notify us before service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Tranquility Maids’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost property value, emotional distress, or business interruption.

All content on this Website is owned by Tranquility Maids or licensed third parties.
Website content is for informational and booking purposes only and may not always reflect real-time availability.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kitsap County, Washington.
Claims must be brought in individual capacity only; class actions are not permitted.
